Samsung scam! Sudden Black Screen of my Note 20 Ultra

I think samsung is making money business with making the phones after warranty coverage to sabotage the mobile units of samsung by causing it Black Screen and has LCD defects. 

My phone is just 1 year and 4 mos when it suddently turned black screen while resting on my study table. It was not even fell or broken or hit by anything on it. My phone is completely intact.

I brought it to service center and they said LCD issue which I need to pay AED 1,035 for Replacement.

I am so shocked of the cost while the phone is just one year with me and I am using it inside the house only and browsing Facebook and emails.

I think the recent upgrades of software by samsung is a scam to destroy phone and let you spend money for spareparts and repairs.

my old samsung S series phone unit that I haven’t updating software is still well working without any issues as this. Imagine I’ve been using it for mobile legend game app.

Then dont comment silliest you ever heard about samsung phone. Our phone is Note series and yours is S series. I have S10+ and this never had issue of balck screen. I had this phone since 2018 and my son is now using it. The new phone series have many issues. Either moisture issue on the charging port or this black screen. And new phone series are very expensive, not worth for a price with these kind of issues. Personally i bought my phones from my hard earned money to get wasted for just a year.

I got the same issue with note 20 ultra after warranty expired with few months this is not my first samsung I got same issue with note 9 when I upgraded my phone I got this problem samsung knows about this issue and they are not doing anything the cost for repairing your device almost half the price they are forcing consumers to buy new device there device is not that cheap note 20 ultra cost me 4400aed which is a lot of money for device to last only 1 year and few months !! My advise to everyone boycott samsung and buy another brand
