Samsung note 20 ultra, 5g connexion issue

I have Samsung note 20 ultra snapdragon sm-n9860, even after update of UI 3.0, still 5g not working.

I'm in Qatar on Vodafone network. 

Please need help to solve this issue.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician.

I already took it, and they told me it's honk Kong version and it can't work,
but when out of box the 5g was working, after September update the 5g stop working
