In Samsung note 10 lite fingerprint is very worst it's not unlocking in one touch very worst sometimes it doesn't open I have to use pin code and open

that is what I am telling I did that after 3 times fingerprint gets locked and I use the pin to unclock

Please perform following steps to resolve the "fingerprint" issue:

1)We always recommend to use screen guards form Samsung only. If you are using any 3rd party screen guard/protective film/tempered glass on the phone, kindly try to re-register your fingerprint after removing it by following these steps.
Disable fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
Register a new fingerprint:-Settings> Bio metric and security>Fingerprints>Continue>Set secure screen lock>Start with center.

2)To improve recognition performance, register fingerprints of the hand used most often to perform tasks on the device.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).

Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
