your phone and the TV must be connected to the same wifi network.

which app do you use to display your media on TV?

smart view. no other app

as a first action, search for smart view in your app drawer, then clear cash and data

also, it worth to reboot your TV and your phone as well.

yes I did. clear data.and TCL tv factory reset also done..
