Samsung’s newly launched the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Flip smartphones are running One UI 2.1based on Android 10 OS out of the box. In addition, both of the smartphones have some unique features and they will soon be available to the Galaxy Note 10.
It seems like the company has already started working on the One UI 2.1 update with new features for the Galaxy Note 10 smartphones.
Samsung’s South Korean Community manager said in the response of a query about the One UI 2.1:
“The UX mentioned above was applied to One UI 2.1 and will be updated in Note 10 in the future.” The manager added, “It will take time to release the version (One UI 2.1)”.
The Galaxy Note 10 smartphones are already running the One UI 2.0 based on Android 10 OS. As we can see, the update should be available in Korea first, the global users may have to wait for a little longer.

In addition to all this, the community manager said that the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 will be supported to the One UI 2.1 in the future. This is good news for the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 users, as the One UI 2.1 update will be the last major update for the device, after that both the smartphones will only get the monthly security patches for the next one year.
There are no words about the Galaxy S10, but we already know that the device will also get this update in the coming months.
