Samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g battery

Good Morning,

Dear All.

I just purchased Samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g UAE version last month but it was seen that my phone battery drains quickly. In just 12 hours 100% batery got finished while i only use whatsapp for for operational purposes and no any game or or media play on this device. I also put my phone on 60hz instead of 120hz and brightness level low to save battery. Is it only happening with my device or all the note20 ultra users faced the same battery issue?

Yes, it is. It's a flagship phone but very annoying with its battery. Even my phone is a new one but i can't use it for more than 12hours after charging it to 100%.
Moreover, i kept it on 60hz and not using phone for gaming or other battery consuming apps.

i am also getting a 10 - to 12-hour batterybackup, depending upon my usage .

Today my note20 ultra battery is working a little bit better. It consumed 35% in 9hours. 😀
