Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g not working with jio5G

My note 20 ultra. not connected to the jio 5g ,but airtel 5g proper working 

What happening with note 20 ultra 

We are pay a big amount for this device

You should show interest either through whatsapp to jio and a message will be received from jio regarding 5g.

●You should also enable 5g in mobile networks
● you wont get 5g in power saving mode.so just turn it off.
● Make sure that there is jio 5g is available in your area
