Samsung galaxy note 10 lite proximity sensor

hi. there seems to be a problem with proximity sensor. if I am on a call and take the phone away from my ears to end the call or press a number , the screen doesn't wake up and I have to keep pressing the power key to wake up the screen everytime. it's a brand new galaxy note 10 lite. can I fix this in any way please ?

I have the same issue since day one . Seems this phone is full of problems like FINGERPRINT SCANNER DOES NOT WORK, BATTERY DRAIN EVEN ON NORMAL USAGE, and Now even Samsung has abondaned this particular model . that's why there is NO SECURITY PATCHES UPDATE and NO ONEUI 2.1. And despite the fact this model is on MONTHLY SECURITY UPDATES.
What to say very very very disappointed and Money gone down the drain.
And I this forum is for only customers where they talk to each other about the problems they are facing and NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY EVEN READS THIS FORGET THE RESOLUTION.😡😡😡
