Samsung galaxy note 10 lite proximity sensor

hi. there seems to be a problem with proximity sensor. if I am on a call and take the phone away from my ears to end the call or press a number , the screen doesn't wake up and I have to keep pressing the power key to wake up the screen everytime. it's a brand new galaxy note 10 lite. can I fix this in any way please ?

No use. we shared so many reports. there are only 5 to 6 people sitting and replying the same chatbot reply to all the report. to my knowledge this community is the worst and no meaningful reply from company side

Hi.this one can fix.i just found the way how to fix the problem.on ur setting..look for sensor power off/on.just turn it on.done and it work well

Same here. Samsung phones have become pathetic. Lots of problems. My brand new Note 10 Lite even gets stuck at times. Beginning of the end.

i am having note 10 lite facing proximity sensor issue. if i am on call and take the phone away from ears to end the call the phone screen does'nt wake up every time i need to press the power key to end the call.

Plz fix this proximity sensor issue through sofware update.
