I have bought S23 ultra from Oman

However Samsung Wallet is not available in my phone and when I checked the county it is not available or not specify which country

Hi, I'm in Oman and my Samsung wallet works.. Currently using it with Sohar bank cards..

Could be.. I bought my phone from India.. Could be why that is working.. But samsung pay is offically active in Oman.

My S23 is from India but I am able to add UAE Bank Credit cards in Samsung Wallet and use.

Can you provide us with the IMEI1 number of your device? IMEI can be found on the bottom of the device box or in Settings - About Phone.
