Samsung Video Editor and Movie Maker is not available in Middle East

In Galaxy Store Video Editor and Movie Maker by Samsung is not available in Middle East.

Why so why Samsung dont give fair treatment to Middle East.

But you can enter the same video editor by selecting some videos in gallery then taping add vide icon then selecting self edited ... now you are inside editor.
I am using in Oman

In the Gallery app or after taking the video, check at the bottom, the video editor icon should be there.
