Hey guys, 

Just bought my device, like a week ago, I Live in UAE.
Device: Samsung S23 Ultra,
The following issues have been happening so many time:
1. Opening a new app for the first time, like Samsung members for example, Dubizzle, roxy cinema, It takes more than 20 minutes for the app to load.
2. Network issue is absolutely a shame, coming from a Qualcomm chipset, you guys have to be ashamed.
3. When you switch mobile network mode from Auto5G to AutoLTE > I barely receive my notifications on Whatsapp, Facebook, Insatgram ... only when I Access my app and enter.
4. Auto write recognition is very weak
5. I have issues with 4G LTE network in general
6. When taking in whatsapp and sending it over 4G LTE network, the video takes forever to load.

... I hope you fix these issues as I used to work for Samsung 2 years ago and I know their team is a bunch of Lazy QA's who don't do their tests properly... 
So I wish this reaches them so they understand that a Senior QA guy like me would have never let such issues pass easily ... 
So now get moving and do your job properly.

Hello,
Is it TDRA? UAE version?
My advice take it to Samsung service center it might have an issue, I am using the same mobile since a week but non of these issues occurred.

@Fadi, as I mentioned, I worked in Samsung for 7 years, thus for sure I know the product I bought is TDRA approved & is indeed a UAE version, I bought it from Samsung UAE.

Where did you purchase yours from ?

Hello,

Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software version. Kindly try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Otherwise, you should visit the service center.

@samsung_specialist, I only wish the name would have matched the comment 😆,
1. If you were a bit more professional you'de take your time to actually open the attached screenshot I shared to see the software I have on my phone.
2. Your proposed solution doesn't solve anything.

I am not here commenting about negativities to go visit the service center after a week of purchasing the device, the service center can most certainly come to me, I don't have the patience and time to go back and forth visting your center and have them configure whatever.
This is a Flagship product!
