Samsung Pay not able to add card

Guys and Dear Samsung, 

I am trying to add visa card issued by sbi,called as sbi prime card. But when i try to add the card i always getting message invalid card information. Tried multiple times, but still not work, tried all possible ways adding manually as well.

Anybody faced this issue? Any help or resolution for this

there are only few banks available which are partner of Samsung pay

and they have given information about bank cards which can be added

If you have a credit or debit card from Axis Bank, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, or Standard Chartered, you can use Samsung Pay. Credit cards from American Express and Citibank are also compatible with the service. Samsung Pay will pick up more partners in due course of time.

Are u on beta update?? if yes than wait for stable update to add ur card.

no i am not on beta, and i verifies SBI and visa is possible to add to samsung pay, but still i am getting error

and i feel calling samsung customer service is bad , because i have seen number of time those customer service guys itself does not know most of the features, and many times they send false information.
