For me everything was working,

 

But now for learning purposes I'm using the phone language as German, and after that upi option not working.

It work only when its in English.

 

Also I'm not getting any transaction history for contactless payments,  even in both language. 

 

Anyone can help me. In this case.

there is exclamation mark so definitely some error. Try to long press bank icons or just click them see if any such error information is visible or not.

Do one thing long press samsung pay app-app info-storage-clear cache.

After this open your samsung pay, press settings, and then select reset app.

Same happened to me. Are you on OneUI 2.0 beta like me?? I contacted Customer service of samsung pay, they said they are aware of this bug and is working on a fix.
