Samsung Note Spen Not Detected ontop of My Display

I'm using a Note8, my spen Doesn't Detect on TOP part of my Display, I Recently Installed a UV Tempered Glass a high quality Prouduct, what might be the problem? 

The above part is not getting touch from my Spen. But all the touch working fine. Is it a hardware problem or anyother Plz advise. #spen #note8 #spenproblem

Is it the hovering or touch not detected?
please do both tests so we might see what the problem is

Thanks for the reply, I would say both hovering and spen touch... it says spen off on the above area, when spen testing with *#0*#.

could you try to draw on the white area as well just to see the edge of the recognition area

other part is working well.. expect the top..

uneven edging might be due to the screen protector installed, try to find the edge where the screen is not working as this picture, by drawing the lines up and down

spen is not working on that area.. completely not detecting on that top.. which you have drawn..

please take it to an official service centre. might be a problem with the screen
