My Samsung note 9 phone screen color suddenly changed  to green. I have not updated it, since I bought it last year.I have tried calling on the toll free number, but didn't get much help. I was told that all the service centers are not operational in Mumbai.

I saw people are facing same issue after March 2020 update, but in my case I have not updated the software. Also, there is no physical damage on phone. I am wondering then what could be the cause for the same.

I think Samsung needs to check there AMOLED screen panels. How suddenly, people are facing same issue during same time.

Even Samsung is not acknowledging this issue. They are suggesting to try standard steps. (safe mode, factory reset etc etc)

turn off auto brightness, set brightness below 30%,don't allow phone to get heated or use oled screen saver-playstore,pwmfree-xda.

I am already using it at 10% level.  I have tried using it in safe mode. But nothing is working for me..

Samsung developers made a big blunder with their March update. Whatever anyone says is cover up and dont believe. All must get together and write to Samsung strongly for this issue

I have sent mail regarding same issue with evidence, see what they have replied to me. I have mentioned same thing in the mail. Is it very difficult to understand.. I tried calling on the number, but they said they are checking and disconnected the call..

Their replies are just fabricated. There is no concern at all. I suggest all having this issue must write a petition or write to certain magazines like SamMobile, Android Authority, or Android Central and raise your voice.
