This is regarding the issue i am facing since last update to android 1p nd UI 2 my phone's screen is intact scratchless but from last 20 25 days its been frequent like m using phone its **bleep** good in performance but all of the sudden when someone calls me screen goes totally blurred discolored and i can see minor horizontal lines on display but it came back to normal in 2 3 seconds or if reboot my phone then it also came back fo normal and not only when someone calls randomly also it happens. many samsung users are facing similar issue after update and confirmed the same on call with Samsung care.. team fix the bug asap guyz report it to Samsung team

no there is no physical damage . suddenly my mobile got this much changes. purposefully after did March upadation am facing this. now I installed OLED saver from play store it is better.

yes its happening since march update roll out... but smsng team is ignoring nd giving foolish response so in total think u made a mistake like all of us for choosing smsng

brother millions of user facing same issues after march security patch update and i did and tried everything even visited service cntr so what came as a resolution is see i tried highlighting on youtube but no one listening and smsng dont care but i do had a discussion with samsung care supervisor and he suggested go to service center explain this issue that this tint/discoloration is happening jst after the updates in software and millions of users are getting same issue and if they still asked u to get the display change and phone alrdy got warrnty out then asked them to create a job sheet from there and call samsung customer care and tell them to transfer to supervisor department right now or ask service center to connect call to supervisor depart. then they will see if this a blunder and do something.

and if still smsng does nothing and put this **bleep** in drawer and accept this as our biggest mistake to choose smsng for flagship
