Samsung Note 20 Ultra network sign in issue & VOLTE option

Hi guys,

Please help me with the solution for sign in to network issue on my handset & also VOLTE option is NOT able to be enabled.. 

Have tried to contact customer services for solution but invain.. having issue on my 1 SIM..

Hi there, VoLTE is not working for 2 of my du sim cards also. One is inserted in my Note 20 Ultra and the other one is in my Note9. VoLTE is not working in both the devices while using du and working perfectly with etisalat sim and all my Indian simcards.

Du only provided volte option in postpaid users, not in prepaid

I have checked different prepaid Sim, Volte is working on it & have confirmed it with the technical support team of du, they said volte is enabled both on prepaid & postpaid..
