UPDATE - We have a update on Play Store for Andriod System Web View post updating will resolve the issue to some extent.

Fixed!!! Please follow steps below. This should fix the issue.

I was using the Note 20 Ultra.

A: Settings

B: Apps

C: Android System Web View

D : 3 Dots (Top Right Corner)

E : Uninstall Updates

I have noticed the same issue, I am using dark mode. Don't know if that has anything to do with it. Where would I post a video demonstration?

I have the same problem - of Google search flickering like crazy: often items with pics but also plain text Paragraphs. I have two example videos. Not sure how I can attach here

Videos cannot be attached here... But the issue is on Google Search only..

Yes, I just set up my new Note 20 yesterday and have been experiencing buzzing while on the phone call...in addition to the annoying flickering while scrolling from Chrome. Also, im having issues uploading files, including video and pictures.
