Samsung Note 10 plus, "Flash on" doesn't on flash while photo mode in camera

Samsung Note 10 plus, "Flash on" doesn't on flash while photo mode in camera.

In the top bar when I select Flash On over photo camera mode, It doesn't on flash before clicking on capture button to take photo from Back camera.

Kindly, tell me solution how can on flash on photo mode in camera???

Flash light is okay, but it doesn't turn on in camera on photo tab.

Look screenshot there is show black screen that means flash not on still.
