Samsung Note 10 Plus Camera lense flare Artificial Lights

Is there anyone else facing camera lense flare issue in artificial lighting? I am facing this issue whenever I use my Samsung Note 10 plus in low lights or when there is lot of Artificial lights such as Event, Concerts or Parties. 

My other phne work perfectly in similar situations. 

Please help.

bro if you are using auto mode everytime and camera struggles in some situations just adjust the iso or exposure I suggest you to keep the level on slightly lower

Camera is not strugling. output is absolutely fine. flare appears in pro mode as well as vidio mode as well. Flare is everywhere whenever there is artificial light. i have few videos recorded in deiff condition thay might give you better idea.

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity) or check by changing the aspect ratio.

4) Turn on/off the Auto flash as per requirement.

followed all steps as instructed however results are still same. My otther phone is doing much better in same condition. No flare at all. Only Samsung Note 10 is capturing the shot with an ugly flare. other phones i have used (LG G6, iphone7 and Samsung S10). They all clickibg absolutely fine pictures.

i have same issue like you.. my note10plus **bleep** me off when shot at night ,my s10plus doing fine...
