Samsung Note 9 has an issue of discoloration after updating software. Need Samsung to look into this matter to resolve the same.

This issue is very common to all Samsung note 9 owners.

I tried all possibilities and now I have surrendered my phone to the Samsung service center. I feel Note9 is a big scam. Many Note9 owners facing the similar issue.

through this app your phone is fully control to samsung technical expert...
and by this way, they will solve the issue on your phone.

I have surrendered my phone to the service centre. Why they don't try that and resolve the same?

 

Due to COVID 19 lockdown, their service centres were closed for 5 months. I lost these months and my phone is out of warranty now.

 

Why Samsung is not taking responsibility and help all NOTE9 users. Mine is not the only case, most NOTE9 owners are facing a similar issue. Please google it and you see issues with NOTE9 particularly discolouration after updating the software.

 

It's unethical on their part as they are not responding to our queries. At least I have decided to go to consumer forum if they don't resolve my issue.

Nothing will help your display got damaged because of Samsung update of March. Since your phone is no longer in warranty you can flash older firmware with Odin but get it done by a professional.

Thanks, Dilli. But why should I pay for it when it was an issue from the Samsung side. They should replace my phone.

I feel it is a big scam from Samsung.

Can you advise how to sue them? I am writing to the consumer forum soon if they don't resolve my issue.

I agree with you but big companies always have their way. File a consumer case in consumer court.

hello bro i have the same issue and i am on note 8 it can't be a coincidence that suddenly soo many phones are having almost identical issues it seems fishy to me as well for now i am waiting for oct update but mostly this will be my last samsung

Please inform all NOTE users to run a campaign against Samsung. I am in touch with 100 people who are having NOTE series, soon you will see a big campaign if they don't resolve this issue. we are already in touch with media as well to highlight this issue at a global level.

 

NOTE from Samsung is a big Scam.
