Samsung Give Me New Year Gift

So Today Morning I Downgrade My Note 9 One UI to Oreo (Normal)....Before i Downgrade...my device i talked to Samsung Customer Care and i ask him...I registered for one ui beta program so if i Downgrade my device...can i get One UI update again....he said No..Never Sir...even i have note 9 and i registered and i install one ui but my work is more on my device so i uninstalled One UI and i didn't received any update related One UI..and also i received December Update on My Note 9...so sir you won't get any update......(call end) 

So i Downgrade My Device (bcz you know BUGS*) and then after setting up everything i checked update and there is this....(look in images*)

This images of today's and there is no notice in Samsung Members App

no it's good to get beta in any condition....other companies not giving this best service and i also wanted to get next beta 5th
