My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 battery draining fast and heating issue while using phone. Is this software issue ?

Yes bit of the issue is related to software. Battery heating is normal if you see many videos or streaming or charging. Draining has increased after UI 2.0 upgrade.

I am shocked at the moderator solution. if you have to close off everything then it's better to buy a candy bar. what is the meaning of Smartphone?? what is the meaning of flagship?? why is Samsung misleading customers on performance and battery if we have to close off most of the functionality of the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and astonishing. 😡
