50-50 chace bcoz note 9 release on Android oreo out of the box in 2018 and as per Samsung Update policy it already get 2 major Update so there is maximum chance of not getting the 3rd major Update.
But it is one of the flagship devices u can hope of getting Android 11.

I also thinks the same as you, but I thinks it gets because samsung galaxy note 10 lite also have the same processor as the note 9 have. lets see what's samsung do😁.

Nope, Only some people know how hard it was to convince Samsung to give One UI 2.0 update. And that was the last update.

Samsung now promised 3 major OS updated but only S10 series onwards. So note 9 will only get security updates.
