Galaxy NoteHi I am from the Philippines and I have Note 8. All of a sudden, I don't have network connection. I tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, but still not fixed. I would appreciate anyone who can help.
- signal is good
- SIM works on other phones
- not in airplane mode
- already did the re-seat of SIM
- already tried the manual change of network mode
- not in roaming
- reset network settings
- tried it in safe mode
- cleared data and cache of SIM toolkit app
The only thing I havent done is factory reset, I have so much info and configuration, I hate to lose them - - maybe there is a better solution without having to factory reset?
