Samsung Galaxy Note 8 - No network connection

Hi I am from the Philippines and I have Note 8. All of a sudden, I don't have network connection. I tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, but still not fixed. I would appreciate anyone who can help. 

- signal is good

- SIM works on other phones

- not in airplane mode

- already did the re-seat of SIM

- already tried the manual change of network mode

- not in roaming

- reset network settings

- tried it in safe mode

- cleared data and cache of SIM toolkit app

 

The only thing I havent done is factory reset, I have so much info and configuration, I hate to lose them - - maybe there is a better solution without having to factory reset?

Than i think u should visit service center!

Visit Samung Service Center, seems hardware issue, most likely issuse with Antenna

Your service provider may change Configuration settings for mobile network. Have you checked it whether it is installed?
