Dear Team,

 

I have been using my galaxy note 8 from 2 years. There were no issues till last week.

30th July an update came and everything went wrong.

1.Network was not working (IMEI no. lost)

2. Charging was not happening properly. 

3. Not able to login to Samsung member groups or community.

 

Fixed the issue yesterday by doing the steps mentioned in the twiter thread. https://twitter.com/SanjeevDemra/status/1288189089968136192

 

Now after the fix,

1.Fast charging still not working.

2.Not able to use some apps like Netflix.


Could you please let me know how to proceed legally. Are you guys dumping old phones and trying to get new customers ? I am really suspecting why you released an update with full of bugs without proper testing?! 

SAMSUNG TESTING PATCHES AFTER PRODUCTION RELEASE?

 CUSTOMERS NEEDS TO TEST BUGGY PATCHES?

OR DO YOU WANT US TO UPGRADE NOTE 20 THAT JUST LAUNCHING TOMORROW?? IS IT A MARKETING STRATEGY?

 

Seriously. get some internal inquiry about this. And let me know how to fix the issue that I am still facing.
