Dear

post July 2020 security update on my Galaxy note 8,i have lost all the data,Simcard is not registered and IMEi is in unknown status have called Customercare Post to which they had confirmed theres a global issue on Note 8 Post July Securityupdate also they had informed visit near samsung customer care and it will be resolved at free of cost even if it's out of warranty when I visited Customer care they says since your device is out of warranty also they were very Rude(Jayanagar Branch,Bangalore - 560011).you will have to pay for it,is this the way a Customer handled post to which again called Customer care Vignesh had assured it will be done free of cost and escalated to higher level this is the Ref No 3738530471 However who would take the responsibility of Data loss

 

Still am waiting for the resolution,Please keep me posted if anyone got the solution
