Past few days "Galaxy store " and "Samsung Members" app mostly connectivity problem or crash upon open. Anyone facing same issues ?

Hi,

Try to clear cache the apps by following the steps below:

Setting > Apps / App manager > select the appropriate app "Galaxy store " > Tap Storage > Tap Clear cache (bottom-right).

Setting > Apps / App manager > select the appropriate app "Samsung Members" > Tap Storage > Tap Clear cache (bottom-right).

 

Try soft re-boot by holding and pressing the power key with the Volume down key for 7-10 seconds.
