Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ battery Charging very very slow

My 3 months old , Samsung galaxy note 10 + battery charging is very slow.

My fast charging mode is ON.

It takes approximately 5 to 6 hours to recharge.

I already checked cables and charger for any damage, it is all OK.

I also tried fast charging ON and OFF. No use.

During fast charging it shows 1 hour 6 min for full charge, but takes almost 5 to 6 hours.

Sometimes just with mobile charging wire but no power supply to mobile, still shows mobile charging.

Do something, its very weird for a Samsung flagship mobile like this.

may b thats last solution. because after factory reset its very time consuming bringing the mobile back to its original state like all the apps and doc back in place.
posted here for solutions without any factory reset, may be software issue or patch issue or something else.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

Check device in safe mode: Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.

Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.

Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Hello Samsung,
I did it as u say.
In safe mode , I charged.
It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to charge from 50% to 100%.

My two years old phone (Vivo) charges faster than Note10. And its not fast charging type.😅
