Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Software Update Issue

Hello, I bought note 10 on 05-October-19. Still now I didn't get any software update since its security patch level August 01, 2019. My set model number is SM-N970F. Is anyone having this same issue ? 

Look forward for suggestion...

sorry to ask but have u bought it frm someone who has imported dis frm abroad... Cos oly in those scenarios u will not get any update support...

Apart from the official stores, many local market traders import from outside and sell here. But I also used the Note 10+ Plus a while back & I was getting regular updates on that since it was also bought from local traders !!
