Samsung Cloud and Onedrive not linking

I have facing this issue on all my samsung devices, that the cloud won't link with the one drive and comes up with an error message consistently when trying. I tried contacting samsung twice with error reports and tried all the standard solutions they have provided and the issue still exists.

Hi, have you turned on 2 steps verification on your Microsoft account ?
if yes try to switch it off.
