Samsung Account Hacked

Hello,

Yesterday my friends samsung account was hacked with his google account being hacked as well. Can anyone help with a way to either retrieve or block his account so that there is no misuse?

No idea. Someone got hold of his gmail and then just got into every account including Samsung and changed the passwords.

He did. But the hacked did it during night and then formatted his phone through google. Leaving him no time to recover his account

He might have. For now he just has lodged a formal complain in Cyber Crime waiting for the further steps.

I would suggest you to remove as much things from your account as possible and isolate this account. And then get a new one. The only problem with this option is your bankings and all which have money matters connected to them.
