Dear Samsung,

Please let us know about the Spen disconnecting issue most of the note 10 plus users facing. 

If its not fixable, do let us know the same so we will not expect anything about the same. 

Almost 6 plus month time spen air commands are not working.

* To Reset S Pen - Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote setting screen and tap More → Reset S Pen.

Thanks for your reply. But i can not reset it unless it gets connected. Maximum people facing this issue.

Air actions are not working if it turns on and spen try to connect continuously
