i own a Galaxy Note 10 + and i regularly update my software time to time , however since 1 st July 2020 my device is not getting updated despite i am going to my setting and trying to update the software and security patch .

As per my other friends who owns the device have got the August Update as well as November update too
Also my One UI is not getting updated OTA (Over The Air ) Please let me know what support i would get also if there is any manual way of downloading and updating the software up to date .

Hello You have two ways to update your device now... you can either check by connecting ur mobile to pc via the usb cable and update the software by downloading smart switch app... it is the easiest manual method to update. Or please do visit ur nearest service centre and get it updated for free of cost Thankyou
Please do use this link to download smart switch app on ur mac... then after connecting via usb the app itself will get installed onto ur mobile too and then it will prompt u if u have any software updates to complete it
Best is for you to visit SC to get your phone updated. If your handset is not accepting OTA updates means you may have trouble also while using Smartswitch app on your mac/ pc. This is Best solution for you
Any update regarding information will be notified in the Samsung Members app under the notice section. You can also check for updates manually by using these given steps: Update device software (If available) : Settings > Software update > Download and install.
