I would like to make sms, Messenger, on my phone my default messenger and not TrueCaller. How do I go about that?

Thanks Tsogo, but is there a way to find out whether Messenger is actually my default?

We can only assist by resetting the preference to default phone factory settings, however, if messenger is the default at the moment, you should be getting messages from the app.

go to settings, apps and then press on the 3 dots on the top right. From there select default apps and then select your required preferences for messages on your device.
