SM-N9860 No 5G In Qatar

I Have Galaxy Note 20 Ultra SM-N9860 And Iam On The Latest Firmware. 5G Is Not Working. I Received this text message from my carrier When i inserted my sim  ( Currently you are using 5G device which is not certified to access Ooredoo 5G Network, therefore you will not be able to access Ooredoo 5G network )

Can Samsung Fix This Issue By Updates?

N9860 is that hong kong version!? I've seen many sellers for the same model and they are clear that 5G won't work as it is not compatible with the GCC 5G. the GCC model is N986B

Until we receive Android 11, the only way is to install July 2020 patch, i try it, the 5g is working only on SIM2 and single sim.
