I Have Galaxy Note 20 Ultra SM-N9860 And Iam On The Latest Firmware. 5G Is Not Working. I Received this text message from my carrier When i inserted my sim  ( Currently you are using 5G device which is not certified to access Ooredoo 5G Network, therefore you will not be able to access Ooredoo 5G network )

Can Samsung Fix This Issue By Updates?
Iam Waiting.

Hi there,

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to check out the issue.

Find the nearest service center to you online.

Hope that helps!

It doesn't help, like here in UAE the service center will tell you that they're not supporting the device since it was bought from another country and that's **bleep** coz they're both made by samsung

Don't worry, it will work after you receive the Android 11 (one ui 3) firmware update. I had the same problem with my G9880 (S20 ultra) and as soon as I updated the problem was solved. You will receive the update in January!
