SIM is not recognised

I use a Note 9 dual SIM. The 2.5 update was recently done on my phone. After the update, during calls, SIM 1 suddenly goes off. Everything including calls, data, messaging shits to SIM 2. Then you have to restart the phone and change the settings. 

Any one else with the same issue ???

Try taking the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to get it checked out. You can find the nearest service center to you online.

having same issues , other party cannot listen to my voice , have to disconnect and make connection again
kindly fix this issue

replace both sim card. and factory reset. otherwise as mentioned visit service center
