this update changed my quick panel so now there is no WiFi or Bluetooth icon. the torch is also gone and can't get these things back. any ideas?

Try to add from add button or check with quick panel layout. May be you find option to bring them back. If still issue is persistent then will advice you to visit the Samsung Service Center and ask them to upload software with computer and that will solve the problem. Cheers 😁

ohk no worries just check the button order or add button option. On right hand side corner you will find 3 dots in quick panel and there further options will be visible.
