My samsung galaxy note 10 plus s pen is not working. It has some connecting problem.How to resolve it?

Please be assured and to resolve  S Pen issue in your device kindly go through below given steps:-
1. Insert the S Pen into the slot to start the connection.
2. Open the notification panel by sliding down from the top of the device.
3. Expand the options in the notification panel.
4. Slide the notification panel to the left.
5. Tap S Pen remote.
6. Tap it again to reactivate it.

In order to Reset the S Pen kindly go through below given steps:-
1. Long press the S Pen remote icon.
2. The S Pen remote settings screen will automatically open.
3. Tap the More option icon.
4. Tap Reset S Pen. Or you can also access through Settings:- Settings>Advanced Features>S Pen remote>S Pen>More option>Reset S Pen.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
