I was waiting for the update for ONE UI 4. for the past coupleof months, but suddenly my phone was broken (N20Ultra5G).,then it will be fix in 2 weeks as per the Samsung Technician.., It will be costly alot, its like I bought new brandnew phone. 😔😓, I dont have choice I have alot of files on the phone and a lot of memories too.. but I dont understand why samsung doing this.? I mean I always taking care of my pho e but suddenly this happend..😔😔 the screen suddenly turns to black without doing anything.. why samsung why?
