S23 Ultra gets damaged under rain

I am not sure how Samsung says S23 Ultra is water resistant and my phone easily not working well when I used it to take photos under rain. Water easily go inside all cameras and mics and charging open. Now I can't use all cameras because water inside and even selfie camera the water is inside

Ohhh. Check with Samsung support. Either call them to explain or visit any nearest service centre.
May be you model has some manufacturing fault.
Let them have a look to identify the issue.

Yes, you need to check with Samsung Service Centre before warranty expires.

It is already 17 months since I bought the phone. But I am not sure if the warranty covers manufactur faults

S24ultra just launched 8 month ago.

Usually it covers, but it depends upon the person you see at srrvice sentre that how much helpful that person is.

Actually it is S23 Ultra. Never mind it should have same spec and should be waterproof.

I am not sure if warranty is still valid but you can visit samsung service centre to get their opinion and possible solution.
