Samsung note 9 S pen is not working from yesterday. It says Connect your S Pen, but unable to connect it. While removing, the screen shows the usual menu with Tag Disconnected and other options like Screen write, live message, etc. But the pen isn't working. Touch and press are not responding. What may be the issue?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

To Reset S Pen - Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote setting screen and tap More → Reset S Pen.
