The S Pen despite being in the slot  & even after resetting it, the problem persists. What might be the reason & how to resolve it?

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. Reason: Due to cases or covers with magnetic material.
Solution: If a magnetic case or cover is attached to the device, the device may not recognize the S Pen actions and the S Pen may not work properly. In this case, kindly remove the magnetic case or cover and then use S Pen.

2: If you use the S Pen at sharp angles anywhere on the screen, the device may not recognize the S Pen's actions. So please do not use an S Pen at sharp angles.

Also, perform the below troubleshooting steps for s pen connection:
1. Insert the S Pen into the slot to start the connection.
2. Open the notification panel by sliding down from the top of the device.
3. Expand the options in the notification panel.
4. Slide the notification panel to the left.
5. Tap the S Pen remote.
6. Tap it again to reactivate it.

In order to Reset the S Pen kindly go through the below-given steps:
1. Long press the S Pen remote icon.
2. The S Pen remote settings screen will automatically open.
3. Tap the More options icon.
4. Tap Reset S Pen.

Or you can also access it through Settings: Tap Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen remote > S Pen > More option > Reset S Pen.
