I have been playing around with the S Pen quite a lot. I am a HUGE fan of Screen off memos and being able to jote down things without even opening my phone. So you bet the first thing I did when I got the phone was to pull my S Pen and start scribbling. And it was so smooth. You can clearly see the difference the 9ms latency brings, which is achieved by the AI based point prediction. This also makes it 4x more responsive and I agree 100%.
I did something different and took a little screen recording to show you how fast it actually is. I am writing in my actual speed and the video is in original speed too.
The capabilities of the S Pen doesn't stop at just writing. And here I want to take your attention to something called Air actions, with your S Pen.
Go to Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > Air actions.
Here you can optimise the S Pen to your preference. For me, the S Pen's Air actions are super handy when it comes to clicking pictures. I could be standing at a distance and still take my shots just clicking and waving the S Pen.
Sometimes I feel like I have my own magic wand! 😉
