S Pen disconnected after September patch Note10+

S pen is disconnected for more than 2 months now,

 - Cusfomer care office said it can be solved with software update.

 - Bug/Errror report via phone received highly irrelevant soltution which again not helped.

 - Updating via smartswtich august security update also not solved the issue

 - clearing cache & reseting air actions is also not helping!

 - And here even after the September security patch update, no fixes for s pen disconnected issue!

Did you try resetting the phone.If this also doesn't work try doing a reinstall of firmware using odin.

This has started after April software patch update. Many Note 10+ users are complaining about the S-pen getting disconnected. However no fix is found yet. The only fix found out till now is Factory reset and that's also not NOT FOR SURE. It works in some cases and in some cases it doesn't works. So if u wanna try it proceed with caution.

Also try to take your phone to service center and tell them to flash software update the device it may get fixed.

Assuming u performed a hard factory reset, the only left option is:-
1. Take your device to service center and tell them to perform a manual security update.
2. Try a different S-pen by visiting any samsung showroom.
3. Wait for it to get fixed via OTA software update.

I also tried hard reset...even all thing but nothing change...
