Repativtive Voice drop during the call S24 Ultra

Hi 

I've bought the s24 ultra since 3 weeks and I witnessed almost in every call the receiver to my call complain from my voice dropping in the middle of the call repativtively 

I've tried to do thr follow steps:
  • Reset the network 
  • Calling the services provider and to do diagnoses 
  • Doing phone diagnose 
  • Restart the phone 
  • Take off the sim card, clean it and plug it back 
Still the issue carry on, 

One of my frind have the same phone and face the same issue but bothe of us we couldn't figure it out 

If any went through the same experience with good solution please help us

Same thing happening here  Since I bought the phone s24 ultra , I contacted Samsung and they did software 2 times and keep saying nothing wrong in the phone , The problem they asked me to prove the issue which doesn't heppen all the time it's , Really making calls now it stressful for me because I know the call could drop in any second .
I did all things you did even the phone checked by Samsung engineers they said nothing wrong .
Samsung are denies the issue , Really I don't know what to do .

If you're facing this issue while connected to Wifi.
Open phone app.
Go to app settings.
Disable Wi-Fi Calling
Restart your phone

Thanks for the support ... but unfortunately, WiFi was never the issue

It was always the phone regular calls without data, especially during the car ride where there were no WiFi at all

Please follow these steps :
Make sure that the device on the last update
Turn off Wi-Fi Calling.
Make sure that SIM card is intact and properly placed.
Check the phone for liquid or physical damage.
if this did not solve the issue you may raise error report through the member app.

But what if we need WiFi calls at the same time ?

And why do we talorate this functionality, although in another phone version, it's working?

I think this should not be the problem

About the other issues (liquid and physical damage) until now, none of them are applicable

So please help
