Regarding issues for Dual Whatsapp

Hello sir,

Its along time the error havent been solved globally for Dual whatsapp users for android 10.

Is there any chances to be solved or else i will change the company handset.

Because only SAMSUNG users are facing these dual whatsapp errors 

Unable to send receive anything

Cant update Status or story

Unable to see media & Databases

Brother our problems are not at all a problem for Samsung they are nil interested in solving this issue.

No my friend many of them got the new updates of amdroid 11 only old users more than 2 or 3 year old handset didnt got the final update of Android 11

There is no use of complain it wont be solved bcz its a global whatsapp problm
Just update it and clear it as soon as possible or else will change the device
