I hope Samsung company to be as smart as we always know and trust in. just make our life easy and instruct any retails to accept swapping of old Note 7 defected one regardless of anything. just please make our life easier as you are a lucky company that we still want the Note7.
i do not have to call so many branches then simply told me contact the dealer. please understand open recall...this is code red for you not a joke to save yourself many legal issues. simply anybody who got Note7 in Qatar can change it from any shop in Qatar with new Note7 with S tag. too many logistics, questions and time waste will blow up in you legaly. hope to be smart enough.
Unfortunately, Samsung is deaf. They got our usd 1000 and now all they do is giving us cheap loan device we will have to use for as long as Samsung wishes. 3 months? looks like all they are concerned now with is to fix US and European markets. meaning we won't have replacement stocks until 2017. and therefore they sent message to power down device and will give us a joke of loan device - A7.
